Legacy Gifts
Respond to God’s Grace with Gratitude
A legacy gift to the Foundation symbolizes a deeply felt response to God’s grace. It is often the ultimate gift made over a lifetime of generosity, and represents careful planning and prayerful consideration. A legacy gift can provide income, financial security, and significant tax savings to a donor and family or heirs.
Legacy gifts can be restricted to the endowment, or unrestricted. Unrestricted gifts are preferred because they offer maximum future flexibility.
In an effort to provide supplemental financial support in perpetuity for the Foundation’s mission, gifts to the Foundation are managed by professional investment advisors under the direction and supervision of our dedicated and knowledgeable Board of Directors. Bequests are free of estate tax and can substantially reduce the amount of your assets claimed by the government.
You can give needed support for OPSF by simply including the following words in your will:

It is recommended that a lawyer help in drafting or amending a will.
